The Roles
Depending on your experience level, you’ll be responsible for:
Servicing and maintaining bodies of water at stunning residential pools and high-pressure commercial sites
Inspecting, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
Repairing and installing pool equipment
Performing water tests and balancing chemicals
Providing expert pool advice and educating clients and staff
Capturing your labour of love via our Poolwerx app and generating world-class service reports
About You
We’re hiring based on attitude, experience and potential. You may have extensive experience in the pool industry, or none at all. What matters is that you’re:
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated - you don’t just turn up, you show up!
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team - sharing ideas
Mechanically minded and not afraid of hands-on work - you muck in when needed
Willing to learn, make mistakes, take direction and never stop asking questions - grow with us
Licensed to drive (manual licence preferred, but not essential)
