The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Duties
Plan and deliver swimming lessons tailored to the needs of diverse age groups and abilities.
Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety procedures effectively.
Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and responding promptly to emergencies.
Maintain a clean and organised pool area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and colleagues regarding lesson plans and progress.
