The role of ENO position SWISS Settlements Team will as below:
- Responsible and accountable for day to day processing e.g. Pre-matching, Fails, Confirmation, Settlements, Break Resolution etc.
- Consistently meet KPI/KRI and deliverables
- Handholding queries from Front Office/Middle Office/Internal-External business partners
- Produce time sensitive daily reports with concrete data to Middle Office or Settlement Team for break resolutions
- Ensure trade settlement is in compliance with rules and regulations in various local jurisdictions.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within time frames, processing windows, market regulations, bank policies, or what is deemed prudent to minimize risk
- Active participation in firm-wide strategic-initiatives including but not limited to, identify operational improvements and efficiency opportunities in the daily workflow
- Implement controls on the day to day processing
- Execute strategic and tactical solutions, inclusive of standardization of processes, UAT testing etc.
- Raising critical issues/ aged breaks on time
- Participate actively in cross trainings, BCP testing and Business Initiatives
- Identify operational improvements to build efficiency

• Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Robust experience and knowledge of Euroclear, Euronext, Crest, APAC and US markets
- Strong control and risk approacah and should have minimum 4-+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking/Custodian Banking
- You have investment banking/Custodian banking experience in Equity & Debt products
- Outstanding attention to detail, pro-activeness, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, risk/control-focused approach, and a positive attitude
- Client focused - when dealing with internal or external clients your goal is to resolve their issues on priority
- To have effective problem solving and analytical skills and have good leadership skills
- Knowledge on market practices & regulatory framework is added advantage
- Ambitious individual who can work on own initiative and deliver on time whilst also being a phenomenal teammate
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, complete/review procedures whilst working towards strict deadlines is an essential requirement
- Exceptional people, partner management skills
