Job Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging.
Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
2. Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
3. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
4. Apply typography techniques.
5. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
6. Increase user-friendliness in digital products.
7. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
8. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
2. Portfolio of completed design projects.
3. Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.
4. An expert at video editing using Premiere Pro or any other software.
5. An expert at animation, motion graphics using ADOBE or any other software.
6. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
7. Attention to visual details.
8. Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others.

10. Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organizational skills.
11. Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
12. Working hours should be based on the American norm EST (+ a.m. to 5 p.m
