• Project Role Description :Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration.

• Key Responsibilities : -Plan and implement medium to high risk changes on high profile production Sybase -Analyze and assess the impact and risk of low to medium risk changes on high profile production databases -Resolve difficult/complex incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production databases -Create and review technical system recovery plans -Help to idenitify and plan RCA implementation -Make pro-active suggestions for service improvements -Knowledge on cross DB platforms like Oracle
• Technical Experience : -5-7 years of strong database administration experience on Distributed Platforms-Setup,Configuration,Support of Sybase v157 and above-Proficient in ASE server,Backup server,Replicatio server installation and configuration-Must have experience to support large size, high volume, and ctirical Sybase environments implementing and configuring DR soultions-Ability to detect and troubleshoot resource contention issues like CPU,memory, I/O,disk space and other related issues-Explain and tune SQL query
• Professional Attributes : -Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization-Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision-Flexible to work in 24/7 shift-Must be a team player -Must be open to upscale on other
• Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree 2 ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified 3 Peferred to have Sybase certification
• Additional Information : -Ready to work for On-call requirements whenever there is operational needs or issues in operation
