Job Description
Our project management team is broadly dispersed throughout a variety of industries, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, and other fields. As a Project Manager for the IT solutions in these verticals, you will have a very important role to perform.
What you will do:
• During the research, design, and development process, communicate often with other important stakeholders to define the project vision, iterate the project, and collaborate on execution.
• Send out daily, weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders.
• Help teams grow while holding them accountable for their commitments and removing obstacles from their work; and mentoring and developing team members.
• Establish a concise project management methodology, oversee it, and lead continuing efforts to enhance the process to put Agile project management best practices into effect. Define processes utilizing a graph or other tools

• B.Tech/MBA or 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environment.
• Crisp written and verbal communication skills as well as consultative abilities.
• Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Design thinking, user empathy, and deep understanding of Indian customers.
• Technical understanding with an ability to be hands-on with the team of Engineering for the implementation and trade-offs.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle models, in-depth expertise in both Agile and traditional project management concepts and techniques, and the capacity to combine them in the proper ratios to match a project’s and business environment’s needs.
