Role : Senior Security Analyst - Appsec/VA/PT
Experience : 4-6 years
Location : Mumbai, Pune
Key Responsibilities
• Perform web application security testing and identify vulnerabilities.
• Conduct mobile application security testing for Android/iOS platforms.
• Scan networks for potential security vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project queries, findings, and recommendations.
• Conduct meetings with client teams to discuss security issues and mitigation strategies.
• Create detailed security reports documenting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Research open-source security tools and emerging topics in cybersecurity.
• Build and maintain a security knowledge base for the team.
Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong understanding of web application security concepts, including mitigation techniques.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for web applications.
• Familiarity with Mobile OWASP Top 10 for Android/iOS applications.
• Experience with threat modeling and risk rating frameworks.
• Knowledge of web traffic interception, SSL, and network security concepts.
• Understanding of web development basics (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript).
• Basic understanding of mobile application development concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
