About the Role: Systems Administrator

As a Systems Administrator, you will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our organization’s IT infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems—playing a critical role in supporting end-user satisfaction and the overall technological health of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain servers, networks, and related IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
Monitor system health and security, promptly addressing issues or vulnerabilities
Serve as a point of contact for IT support requests, delivering excellent technical assistance and customer service
Support the implementation of a new CRM system, while maintaining data integrity
Maintain accurate, organized documentation of systems configurations, updates, and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security standards
Collaborate closely with our IT team and other departments to streamline processes and optimize system efficiency
What You Bring:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability
Knowledge of IT system administration best practices and relevant security protocols
Proficiency in Salesforce, SSO implementation, Windows MDM required; experience with SQL Database Management, or connecting systems via APIs will be a plus
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills—able to interact with users and colleagues at all levels
A positive attitude, hunger for success, and eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Self-starter mentality with the drive to take ownership and improve processes
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $60,000-70,000 a year (based on experience)
