Task:
Install desktops and OS and help to maintain Desktop
Responsible for managing hardware issues with PC, camera, and microphone, also managing any OS and application issues
Need to manage Android team device & network support
Need to manage software license
IT security training
Meeting room support
WiFi support for all wireless devices
Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory with labelling
Tracking warranty information of all the devices and keeping up-to-date records.
Coordinate with Germany IT support for resolving Zenworks, Officescan or Groupwise-related issues
Support developers for dev-vm issues
Regular maintenance of hardware (cleanup)
Software audit periodically
Deal with vendors for hardware/software and also manage the new purchases of hardware
Biometrics related work
Preparing systems for new Joinee. Support HR team for system-related work.
He will Implement IT policies the same as Germany
Keep eye on new computer technologies and adaptability for our benefit.
Desktop/laptop life cycle management
Use zenwork to generate hardware/software reports for the India office.
Learn unattended windows 10 installation
Learn KMS
WSUS update
Backup management solution for brodos_common_share
learn firewall
Icinga monitoring and notification to sysop or respected group of people
We wish:
3 – 6 Years of experience
Very good knowledge of Clients Windows (Windows 10)
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Good Networking knowledge
Good written and spoken English in best case with less to no dialect
Basic knowledge of AzureAD
Basic VPN remote login support
Bios Knowledge
Basic command line knowledge
Inventory procurement & Handling
Confident handling of remote maintenance
Desirable Skills:
Deployment of windows-based systems
Basic understanding of monitoring IT-services
Basic knowledge Atlassian Jira/Confluence
Principles of licensing
Experience with European companies
Simple German Language knowledge
