Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for PC and Server support or Systems Administrator
· Troubleshoot connectivity, server, network issues. Also work on Server and PC issues to troubleshoot problems with network folders, active directory, GPO issues, etc.Unlock users, create users, manage domain permissions,
Troubleshoot system down issues (Internet, phone, computers, etc)Basic required Skills:
Strong Desktop / Windows OS knowledge (All our client PCs are either Win 10 or Win 7)
Windows Servers knowledge (active directory, etc)
Installation, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of Router , Switches, Firewall, End point security etc...
We are looking out for Network Engineers who is good in troubleshooting Routers, Switches & Firewalls.
Provide remote Technical support on implementation of technology using various networking products and applications and resolve product related issues through research and troubleshooting.
Minimum 3years hands on experience
Good in communication and Responsibilities
