The Role

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures in compliance with ISO27001 to prevent potential threats and ensure effective governance in IT.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control along with troubleshooting issues and outages.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize IT assets.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
