Handling desktop (outlook, antivirus, basic networking, hardware/OS/Applications troubleshooting)
Installing & Configuring Windows 8/10 Operating System
Managing active directory and creating user and resetting the user password
Exp computer support for system software and hardware
Must follow the Client's Policy & Procedure.
Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
Assists with the installation of computer software and operating system updates
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
Providing basic training in computer operation and management
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
