Job Description
The resource should have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as providing excellent support service. He or she will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and will be expected to document all incidents in our ticketing system.
1.Follow up with desktop support team for coordinating patch updation, build version upgrade, OS migration etc.
2.Follow up with desktop support team for Monitoring whitelisted applications in the bank and to uninstall unwanted applications.
3.Tracking licenced applications, timely renewal of subscriptions etc and maintain repository of the same.
4.Regular follow up of vulnerabilities reported security advisory CERT-IN/OEM. Version upgrade of outdated applications.
5.Responsibility for troubleshooting desktop level dependencies of various applications. Adapt to recent technologies and implement the same in Bank’s environment.
6.Monitor, and maintain bank’s Antivirus solution.
7.Configure AV policies on the server and apply it onto every type of clients.
8.Create installation package for every type of client machines.
+.Checking regular synchronization and monitoring to ensure signatures are updated.
10.Help troubleshoot all issues related to Antivirus
