Installation and troubleshooting of Windows OS. Working with LANs/WANs, Routers/Switches, firewalls DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN and P2P. Monitoring and fault finding for issues related to Firewalls (Cyberoam/Sonic Wall/Fortigate/Juniper). Working with all flavors of Windows / Office 2010, custom applications, printers, phone Blackberry Access databases, Mac OSX 10.x, Solaris and VMware Knowledge of Email Clients like Lotus notes and Outlook
