Responsibilities
Provide specialized technical support and managed services, covering cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system implementation.
Manage multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, structured environment while upholding stringent quality standards.
Deploy and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 201+) and support Microsoft products (including Windows 10, MS Office suite) as well as Macs.
Oversee the troubleshooting of email systems (Office 365, G-Suite) and manage client/server applications architecture.
Administer critical systems including Exchange, SQL Server, VMWare, and network infrastructure upgrades (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Sophos).
When required, provide structured oversight and guidance to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and timelines.
Technical & Behavioral Requirements
Extensive experience with Windows Server, Microsoft product suites, and network troubleshooting (Routing, TCP-IP).
Proficiency in VMWare, Exchange, SQL Server administration, and cloud migration (AWS/AZURE).
A disciplined, methodical approach to problem solving, with an acute attention to detail.
Ability to operate independently, making precise, informed decisions within established guidelines.
Preparedness to undergo a behavior and skills assessment as part of the interview process.
