What You'll Do As a Systems Administrator
• Protect Our Systems: Safeguard our network infrastructure and data from cyber threats.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Monitor and maintain our systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Solve Complex Problems: Troubleshoot technical issues with a keen eye for detail.
• Innovate and Improve: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance our technology stack.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver exceptional IT support.
Systems Administrator Requirements
Minimum:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required as well as one other certification (i.e. Network +, A +, MCSA) or other area of expertise.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, Exchange Online administration and Windows/Exchange Powershell.
• Experience with OneDrive setup, configurations support and management.
• Experience with Windows Defender for Endpoint setup, configurations support and management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, setup, deploy, troubleshooting and support.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, setup, deploy, troubleshooting and support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Office 365 Health Monitoring.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), specifically with configuring Group Policy and various versions of Microsoft Operating Systems in a large enterprise environment.
• 3+ years supporting, VMware and Veeam backup and replication.
• Experience with Exchange 2016/Exchange online and SQL Server 2012 or newer.
• Patch management, AV/spyware deployment and web filtering deployment in a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work under pressure to be able to solve complex problems or procedures.
Preferred
• Associates degree in related studies plus five years of experience as a Systems Administrator supporting Microsoft Server and cloud products, VMware, and/or Cisco network/voice systems in a large enterprise environment.
