Roles & Responsibilities
Knowledge of Contact Centre technology, processes and operations is must.
Experience with technologies like Cisco Contact Center Platform, NICE call recorder/WFM/ Speech, Voice Bot AI etc.
Should have hands on experience with contact center like IVR call flow, Call Routing, Voice Recorder, Outbound Dialer, MIS, email/chat module, WFM, Quality monitoring, backend integrations etc.
Should have good communication, analytical skills, translating functional and design specifications into technical concepts.
Should have experience on doing technical/business impact analysis prior to any developments/deployments carried out in systems.
Experience and exposure with the interfaces and other application interfaces other than contact center platform.
Candidate Should be familiar with operational and business processes related to contact center.
Should have knowledge on dialer campaign management and outbound dialer framework with integration to channels will be an added advantage.
Should be able to manage production issues with the help of support team.
Experience in AGILE mode of project execution
