As a System Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for reviewing and analysing services, processes, and technology to deliver effective technical solutions. Your role will involve designing components using appropriate modeling techniques, following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodologies. You will identify and evaluate alternative design options and trade-offs, creating multiple design views to address the concerns of different stakeholders and handle both functional and non-functional requirements.
You will model, simulate, or prototype the behaviour of proposed system components to enable approval by stakeholders. Producing detailed design specifications to form the basis for the construction of systems, and reviewing, verifying, and improving your own designs against specifications, will also be key responsibilities of this role. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines for business system improvements.
Providing technical advice, expertise, and support for critical business applications and systems will be a key part of your responsibilities. Through collaboration and professional behavior, you will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring that critical business systems and their components operate smoothly and effectively to support the needs of the business.
