Job Description
Seeking a Systems Engineer for the Mumbai location (Only Mumbai Based candidates will be considered) to assist with information network design and support "onshore" outsourcing needs of small and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.
Responsibilities
Design cost-effective solutions, lead, configure, support, install/rebuild, and troubleshoot:
• Existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage
• Virtualized environments such as VMware & Hyper-V, Microsoft infrastructures, including applications like; Exchange Server, SQL Server, Office 365, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policies, Application Deployments
• Third-party software: ShadowProtect, StorageCraft, Veeam, ESET
• VMware Infrastructures
• Network switches, network routing, wireless networks
• SonicWALL firewalls including Site to Site VPNs, Security Services, QoS, High Availability
Must Have
• 7+ years of recent, relevant hands-on experience in a similar position
• Desire to advance career in a fun, fast-paced, and growing organization
Nice to Have
• At least one of the following certifications: A+; Network+, MCSE, VCP, CCNA
• Preferred Systems Experience: ConnectWise, LabTech
• Managed Service Provider or Consulting environment
