Your tasks
• Technical management of requirement specification and design derivations in basic development projects with systems engineering scope as well as corresponding support of subsequent application.
• Technical management for basic development scope in system projects.
• Preparation and maintenance of the operating concept (OpsCon) and the systems engineering, management plan (SEMP), including objectives, system boundaries, definition of the content maturity to milestones.
• Definition of the involvement of EW project team members in the system design, Checking the technical requirements of the customer and deriving the requirements and specifications for sub-systems and component level.
• Definition of use-cases, derived function/feature structures and system requirements (SRS) for high reusability in subsequent application projects, taking into account internal requirements (IRS).
• Derivation of architecture options and system designs (SDD), their interface documentation (external/internal IFCD), initiation of requirements derivation of components (CRS) as system stakeholders.
• Ensuring traceability in systems engineering (SEng) in the principle/basic project and leading the Root cause analysis at the various development stages.
• Coaching of the EW project team members and project engineers of subsequent application projects.
• Is a project team member in development meetings and Technical contact person for development to customers; Negotiate and enforce the Brose's interests.
• Development of the system design with a focus on relevant definition of technical concepts from the quotation phase.
• Creation and implementation of presentations on application topics for internal / external use and Coordination of reviews/releases of SEng documentation.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree (B. E or B. Tech.) in Mechanical or Automotive or Electrical engineering is preferred or equivalent combination of education.
• Experience: Relevant 4 - 5 years.
• Specialized experience -3 years relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of mechatronic systems.
• Good knowledge of problem-solving methods (eg SixSigma, DoE).
