Premium Tire Solutions, is the technology solution partner for Bridgestone Americas Premium Tire business. We are responsible for solutions that enable Physical Tire Product Development, Order Management, Demand Planning and Scheduling, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Fulfilment, Finance Backoffice and Human Resources.

Position Summary:
The System Engineer, SAP S/4 Hana A/R modules and Bridgestone Treasury applications will deliver technical advisory services, documentation, and governance across Bridgestone to mature and innovate our capabilities. The position will develop and lead the process of building and translating technical business requirements into durable and efficient solutions. The candidate should possess strong business acumen, sound operational experience, and the ability to work within a cross functional team, liaise with and influence subject matter experts within the business to facilitate the effective implementation of not only the new technology but also a global template of common and standardised processes.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and advocacy across Bridgestone with IT leadership, and other business stakeholders to prioritise SAP S/4 Hana A/R modules and Bridgestone Treasury applications requirements and design tactical and strategic technology solutions.
• Creates and maintains roadmaps for their space in alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Create documentation to reference other vendors and global initiatives.
• Research, design, and integrate new solutions, determining scope and impact in diverse and complex environments.
• Validate and certify current and future state products/services and assess potential impact across all enterprise systems.
• Identify use cases for technical capabilities, lead and conduct hands-on evaluations and develop value propositions for new products and services.
• Work closely with leadership and other groups to define the strategic direction of the business and promote resilient product/service engineering.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of next-gen designs, and digital trends and threats.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with management, peers, product owner, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain up-to-date and clear documentation of current SAP S/4 Hana A/R modules and Bridgestone Treasury applications, infrastructure, and system process flows.
• Provides strong leadership and direction to team members and mentors other teammates.
Minimum Requirements:
• +5 years of related experience working with A/R and Treasury applications
• A bachelors degree
• Experience modeling and design reviews and assessing requirements for the introduction of new SAP S/4 Hana A/R modules and Bridgestone Treasury technologies.
• Experience in industry experience representing technical viewpoints to diverse audiences and making timely and prudent technical security decisions.
• Experience in industry experience with enterprise SAP S/4 Hana A/R modules and Bridgestone Treasury and working across cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated
