Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Maintenance Assistant located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The System Maintenance Assistant will perform routine maintenance on equipment and building systems, ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed, and respond to any reported maintenance issues. The role may also include maintaining logs, coordinating schedules for repairs or inspections, and effectively communicating with team members to address any system or facility concerns.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Experience with general Building Maintenance
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Knowledge and expertise in handling various Maintenance tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks
• Familiarity with safety protocols in workplace maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in relevant fields are a plus
