Full job description

The System & Process Specialist provides support to the System & Process Manager, and to provide advice to staff. The role includes reviewing processes and identifying areas for improvement to ensure successful system and projects delivery as well as assists with the overall execution of any projects. A major part of this will be involvement in the upcoming implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Assess project risks and issues and suggest solutions where applicable or escalate when necessary.

Assist with the overall execution of the day-to-day tasks or project and the integration of all project functions to achieve deliverables.

Analyse information, suggest alternatives, and commit to solutions that ensure the efficient use of the project's resources

Support as required to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Identify problems and uncertainties to ensure a successful delivery strategy

Identify opportunities and take action to help achieve business goals with the collaboration of other business stakeholders

Answer queries regarding both general, technical and progress / schedule-related issues

Assist with support to staff involved in the execution of works.

Manage and build strong customer relationships and coordinate communications

Assist with plans based on prioritised tasks, available resources, work schedules.

Assist with organising, prepare materials and facilitate stakeholder meetings

Distribute minutes to all team members

Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Assist with preparing report to the System & Process Manager and other relevant stakeholders on the development of the projects

Maintain records of any changes in the projects

Additional administration duties as required.
