Roles and Responsibilities:
● Analysing complex requirements and Develop the model design .
● Create detailed design ,flowcharts and documentation to meet the requirements
● FPGA/Simulink Modelling using MATLAB simulink & xilinix blocksets.
● TestCase Preparation, TestCase Execution in HiL Environment and Evaluation Report Creation.
● Testing,Debugging&Troubleshooting in HiL Environment.
● Execute fault testing,Diagnostic testing,Functional testing.
● Automating the manual testcases.
● Comply with project plans and industry standards.
Requirements:
● BE/Btech/ME/MTech or equivalent with 2~4 years of experience in automotive domain
● Work experience in dSPACE Scalexio HiLS,AND HiLS,ETAS HiLS, VT System.
● Experience in developing HiLS Simulation model using MATLAB Simulink.
● Good Knowledge in Internal Combustion Engine, Electric Vehicle, AD/ADAS.
● Strong Knowledge on Communication protocols like CAN(ISO 118+8-6),LIN etc.
● Hands on experience on diagnostic protocols like OBD2 standards , UDS(ISO 1422+).
● Scripting languages like Python,CAPL,VBA are preferred.
● Good knowledge in C programming language and Embedded coding
● Hands on experience in configuration management tools like SVN,JIRA
● Knowledge in ISO26262
● Good debugging, analytical and problem solving skills
● Good communication skills to coordinate with other team members
● Proactive and Quick learner, Good team player
● Japanese language with JLPT certification would be an added advantage
● Foundation level ISTQB Certification
Experience:
Overall Experience : 2~4 Years (Max); Must have minimum 2 Years of relevant experience in HIL simulation model development
Mandatory Skills:
● Embedded C,C++,Python,Visual Basic
● MATLAB Simulink,M-Scripting
● Good Knowledge in Hardware in Loop Environment.
● Strong Knowledge on Communication protocol/Diagnostic protocols like CAN
(ISO 118+8-6),LIN,OBD2, UDS etc.
● Strong knowledge on VECTOR tools like CANoe,CANalYzer, CANape & VN devices / VT system.
● Strong knowledge on dSPACE tools like ControlDesk,ConfigurationDesk,AutomationDesk etc
● Good Knowledge in Powertrain,Electric Vehicle,AD/ADAS
