Role Overview:

You will be responsible for System Sales in specific assigned geography/customer accounts across Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Karnataka as an individual contributor. Reporting to the Regional System Manager/Regional Manager, your role will involve delivering business metrics from the assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map and forecast the top 20% of customers who would contribute 80% of your budget on a quarterly basis

- Contract every order with clear terms and conditions for a WIN-WIN situation

- Upsell Installed base business with profitable margins

- Neutralize competition and provide market insights to the Regional System Manager and Headquarters

- Volunteer, demand, and acquire product knowledge to effectively communicate differentiators and customer value

- Build a credible project funnel and increase the Project Hit Ratio

- Follow organizational guidance on Sales processes, update CRM regularly, and ensure forecasting accuracy of 90% & above

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by securing opportunities from Top 10 Major accounts

Qualifications Required:

- Experience & deeper insights in Distributed Control System [DCS] & Safety PLC from a reputable organization

- Proven track record of delivering assigned business metrics

- Excellent learning agility for co-innovation & demand creation

- Additional knowledge of PLC & SCADA system is advantageous
