THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller this role will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the companies ERP system and assist in driving continuous improvement in the financial systems to achieve best practice business processes.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our beautiful West Perth office, near the City West train station.
THE ROLE:
Responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining ERP, financial and other key business systems including reporting.
Ensure integrity and day to day running of ERP system
Maintain ERP user access and internal controls
Identifying and driving continuous improvement strategies through systems to streamline and automate where possible.
Managing system improvements including implementation of new modules and systems and enhancements, upgrades and customisations to existing systems.
Educating and supporting key users and personnel with systems training and appropriate documentation.
Foster collaborative relationships across the business to drive continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU:
Hold tertiary qualification in Information Technology
Pronto or similar ERP system experience
Advanced reporting skills
Demonstrate 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An efficient and effective ability to influence key business decisions
Track record of successfully delivering on organisational and personal KPI’s
