Systems Developer – Antec Controls
We’re looking for a passionate and service-focused Systems Developer. If you thrive in digital environments, have a drive for efficiency, and enjoy problem solving, you should consider this opportunity.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our web and desktop applications.
Requirements gathering and analysis to validate project feasibility, cost, and effort.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure functionality is maintained for all users.
Facilitate training for staff on comprehension, navigation, and utilization.
Responding to system inquiries and the technologies it supports.
Staying current with features and capabilities for continuous improvement.
Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators.
Writing clean and scalable code, following code best practices.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues as necessary.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Years of experience: 3+ years
Graduated from a Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree or a Technology program.
A high level of critical thinking, accountability, and adaptability.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
The ability to take initiative.
Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel, Vue, and MySQL.
Passion for customer service excellence.
Experience working with UX/UI considered an asset.
Experience with web and/or mobile application development.
Experience using Git (version control) and issue tracking system.
