Job Description
Role Profile 1) Install and set up computer systems, servers, workstations, applications, Printers and other equipment based on company needs. 2)Repairing hardware malfunctions like Laptop, Desktop & Printers, replacing hard drive, RAM, screen, keyboard, touchpad etc. 3) Maintain detailed records of network configurations, incidents, reports and maintenance schedules. 4) Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, NTP etc. 5) Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and other security systems. 6) Providing phone, email, remote, and in-person support to troubleshoot various technical problems. 7)Resolving & Troubleshooting issues with internet connectivity, printers, Software installations, Window installations, system formatting & resetting, OS issues, system Data backup, Email configuration etc. 8 ) Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Camera related issues in NVR & DVR like connectors, cable punching , cameras not working, blur display, date & time not proper, recordings not working etc. +) Able to travel in our multiple stores to understand the IT related issues & to resolve them in timely manner. 10) Implement software updates, patches, and security fixes to protect systems from vulnerabilities. Own Conveyance is must to travel in Bangalore & Hyderabad Offices.
