Job Description
We are looking for an all-round Systems Engineer that has experience and interest in a large variety of software and infrastructure solutions.
Configure and integrate the system with customer’s existing systems, applications and infrastructure.
Perform both back-end and front-end deployments, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Optimize performance and scalability of large platforms, and be able to create future optimization plans.
Travel domestic and abroad to customer premises for up to a quarter of the time.
Contribute feedback to developers and team members to continuously improve the quality standards.
Provide remote and on-site training for Kaltura customers.
Qualifications
Managed and deployed large scale High-Available LAMP stacks in production environments
Experience with networks technology such as load balancers, application accelerators, security devices, VPN etc.
Have used orchestration, automation and scripting tools such as Ansible, Bash, Puppet, Jenkins and Travis
Are comfortable working in a customer facing role including interacting with different roles and people in a variety of topics
