Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the successful integration of engineering architecture. You will also be responsible for simulating and testing methods to ensure the functionality and quality of the products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design engineering systems. - Develop and implement engineering architecture for physical products. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential risks and mitigate them. - Simulate and test methods to ensure the functionality and quality of the products. - Integrate engineering systems with existing infrastructure and technologies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in engineering systems. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of engineering architecture and system integrations. - Experience in conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Knowledge of simulation and testing methods for product development. - Familiarity with integrating engineering systems with existing infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Graduation degree is required.
