Join Our Team as a Systems Testing Specialist!
Are you passionate about ensuring quality and performance in software systems? We are seeking a dedicated Systems Testing Specialist to play a key role in supporting our system testing activities and process improvements. In this role, you will:
• Serve as a subject matter expert in system testing
• Utilize your analytical skills to enhance processes and define requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis and planning to aid in test execution and system validation
• Develop comprehensive test documentation and procedures for verification activities
• Perform both manual and automated testing across various levels including unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing
• Test web-based applications and RESTful interfaces in cloud-hosted environments
• Take on additional technical and testing responsibilities to support mission execution
• Participate in program increment (PI) planning and engage in key program events, which may require periodic travel to government or contractor locations
Job Requirements:
• Must possess an active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in preparing, executing, and documenting various systems tests
• At least 3 years of experience with bug tracking software, such as Jira
• 3 years of experience in testing web-based applications
• Practical knowledge of RESTful interface testing and handling RESTful information
• Hands-on experience testing in cloud environments
Preferred Skills:
• Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments
• Familiarity with various automated testing methodologies including UX testing, integration testing, performance testing, and regression testing
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
