Job Description
Job title: System V&V Lab Technician
Your role:
• Assist V&V engineers during Dry run and Formal execution.
• Assist lab manager in maintaining the Lab Equipment’s, devices, Tools,
Calibration.
• Resolve the system issues in collaboration with USA team.
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/ conflicting data.
• Takes a perspective to problems and spots less obvious solutions.
• Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insight and experience for deviating
situations.
• Identifies the problem and some relevant issues in deviating situations, analy
ses each, using standard procedures, and co-decides.
• Makes own interpretation regarding assignments, based on own calculations
and coordinates implementation of changes.
• Proposing improvements in the existing test set-up techniques, methods and
sequences.
• Assisting and supporting the external certification inspectors during testing
activities.
• Setting up and executing routine tests for all types of products according to
test plans in cooperation with operators, assistants, or other resources.
• Coordinating the maintenance activities related to the equipment and tools
used by the laboratory.
• Updating the required technical support documents appropriately according to
results.
• Participating as a team member and supporting execution of routine tests for
all types of products according to test plans in cooperation with technicians or
other resources.
You're the right fit if:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics
Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in medical devices R&D labs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience on working Ventilator is prefeered.
• Product testing knowledge.
• Test setup preparation.
• Test report Preparation.
• Equipment and machine operation knowledge (like climatic chamber ,
Oscilloscope etc).
• Equipment maintenance.
• Basic Troubleshooting knowledge on equipment.
