Interior Architecture : Design structural elements like walls, ceilings, and built-in features. ·

Material Selection : Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and textures. ·

Collaboration : Work with interior designers to ensure cohesive design. ·

Project Management : Oversee the execution and ensure design accuracy. ·

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure designs meet building codes and safety standards. ·

Sustainability : Incorporate eco-friendly and energy-efficient design solutions. ·

Innovation : Develop creative solutions to complex design challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 6-10 years of experience with an architectural/interior firm. Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D Max. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
