Location: Mumbai HO
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Data Analytics to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to our recruiters based on the analysis of data from various sources. The candidate will work closely with the recruiters to understand their needs on data reporting and form sustainable mechanism to have reports ready.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics & share predictive analytics.
• Work with recruiters to identify areas for improvement in data & reporting.
• Conduct analysis of hiring data to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide training to recruiters and hiring managers on how to use recruitment data to improve their decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Information Systems team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies related to data analytics in talent acquisition.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
• Experience with recruitment data and analytics preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
