• For this position we are looking for someone who is experienced into BPO KPO and BFSI hiring only. Only ITES.
• We are looking for only person who is Manager and has team who are directly reporting to them.
• Involved in Bulk / Mass Hiring -100 150+ hiring per month and doing Lateral Hiring for leadership roles.
• Core experience into End-to-End Recruitment for +-10+ year
• Knowledge of all Recruitment Function.
• Handling Business function – Stakeholders handling experience, vendor management , clients.
• Experienced working in Startup for Recruitment.
• Onsite Job - Bangalore Office
