The role
Crown offers a dazzling array of gaming options in a vibrant setting, with a team that works together to help guests safely enjoy elevated experiences.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated Part Time TAB Operator to join our Crown Perth team. The TAB Operator is responsible for accurate cash handling and balancing of tills, opening and closing of the TAB and must be able to work unsupervised.
We can offer between 20-60 hours per fortnight and the shifts would be between the hours of 9:30am - 7:30pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 9:30am - 10:30pm (Friday & Saturday).
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Provide assistance to patrons regarding all aspects of TAB Gaming Product including instruction on Self Service Machines.
Promote positive customer relations and provide excellent service to gaming patrons.
Assist in maintaining the tidiness and presentation of the casino.
Processing of TAB tickets in a timely manner.
Stock control.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
Passion and initiative to deliver excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer service environment.
Ability to work autonomously and perform in a high-pressure environment.
Capability in handling large amounts of cash.
Experience in operating of TAB Terminals is highly desirable.
Must have flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings.
