Job Location: Bangalore/ Pune//Noida/ Gurgaon
Shift Timing: 1 PM to 11 PM
Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements, business processes and data sources and define project objectives accordingly.
• Assist with data identification, data acquisition, data cleansing, data preparation, develop pipelines and databases, validate data including data quality issues and recommend the best course of action.
• Develop insightful and visually appealing BI dashboards using Tableau.
• Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of data.
• In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings.
General Responsibilities:
• Lead data analysis client engagements including scoping, coordinating and controlling project activities
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. Possess in-depth business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Information Management, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• 3+ years experience in data analytics, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail
• Technical knowledge of data models, pipeline and database design development
• Experience using Oracle or other tools desirable for analyzing large datasets
• Strong experience with visualization tools - Tableau
• Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
• Experience in Data Analytics and/or Data Management in a Big-4 or similar consulting environment would be a plus
Tableau specific qualifications:
• Experience in using the Tableau Software Business Intelligence suite (including desktop and server deployment).
• Hands on experience as Tableau developer
• Expert Level skills in building complex interactive/dynamic dashboards with Tableau
• Responsible for summarizing performance trends and highlighting problem areas
• Responsible for optimizing the user experience
• Experience in working with LOD expressions and developing views based on underlying logical expressions
• Experience in developing complex calculations for the business logic, field actions, sets and parameters, including the filtering capabilities for the dashboards and drill down to detail reports
• Experience in working with multiple data sources and performing Data modeling, blending and unions in Tableau desktop
• Experience of conducting UAT testing and sign-off procedures
• Excellent Tableau troubleshooter with resolving data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
• Ability to create visually appealing dashboards and aesthetic design sense is a must
