Shift Ahead a fast growing Managed Services Organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Developer & Analyst Professional in Finance domain to join our team. Immediate joining required. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence solutions with this role. This role requires expertise in both platforms and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Please apply only if you meet the criteria-
Key Responsibilities:
• Create dashboards & stories - a core Tableau developer with lots of relevant experience
• Create and maintain Tableau Development and Production frameworks with a high regard to security and best practices
• Manage licenses, permissions, users and groups with a focus on least privileges for the role
• Establish processes for repeatable, reliable production deployments
• Strong knowledge of data sources, database, BI and advanced knowledge of
• Define Tableau governance processes, policies and guidelines
• Focus on reliability, config standardization and operational excellence
• In short need someone who can own the platform (security, configs, data sources) separate from sheet, dashboard, story developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Business Central and Tableau
• FINANCE domain experience preferred
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in developing and implementing Business Central and Tableau solutions
• Strong knowledge of Finance domain and analytical report with Tableau is MANDATORY
• Experience with data modeling, data integration, and report development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with SQL and other database technologies is a plus
