Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in accordance with accredited course requirements.
Assess student performance and competency using standardised assessment tools.
Develop and update learning materials to ensure relevance and compliance with industry standards.
Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate student records and comply with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Incorporate digital learning platforms and innovative teaching methods into course delivery.
Participate in professional development activities to maintain industry and teaching currency.
Collaborate with colleagues and industry stakeholders to ensure course relevance.
Key Selection Criteria
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
Relevant industry qualifications and demonstrated vocational experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage diverse learners in a classroom or online environment.
Proficiency in using digital learning systems and educational technologies.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Desirable Criteria
Previous teaching or training experience in the VET sector.
Knowledge of competency-based training and assessment frameworks.
