Job Description
Hello.
Please do not apply if you do not have a year or more gardening experience. I do not have a position for an unexperienced person...I am sorry.
please have a valid driver’s license and be motivated to work on your own , learn and
This is a small garden care business in Seattle, called Cs2 Services, with 35 current clients; I have built and cared for these gardens for 20 or more years.
My joy is taking care of gardens and working with plants being out in nature in the pacific Northwest, I am very lucky and invested in my clients and my gardens. But!
I am looking to start to slow my business down and take some time off, though I will continue to work for the next few years then eventually retire.
I would love to find someone, an experienced gardener, who wants this for their career and to take many of my gardens and help me with others.
I live in Seattle, Capitol Hill and have all the tools and a truck for your use, all based in Seattle Capitol hill.
My thinking here is first we get to work together, and you learn the clients and accounts.
Then you would start your own business, and you would start taking my clients as your own,
This way your pay would increase quickly. We can work together, and you can learn the particulars of each account and can be introduced to each client and create your own relationship with them.
Eventually you would have most of the clients and I would just work two or three days a week.
We can discuss and figure out all details; I am open to many scenarios and anything that will benefit us both and my clients as well
Our clients are exceptional and very hands off and let us create and make beautiful gardens.
The trust is there, and the relationships are built.
I think this could work out well for the right person and for my clients not having to find new gardeners. and allowing me to be able to slow down a bit, and a way for the right person to start their own business slowly and easily.
Training pay is $26 per hour...than up $30 when you can work on your own Unsupervised. But we can discuss this.
So, if this sound interesting let’s make a time to meet and chat.
