Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Work with the TA/Recruitment manager, Hiring Managers, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employee.
• Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring that all parties are available and prepared..
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interview schedules, candidate feedback, and any related documentation.
• Follow-Up: Send post-interview communications to candidates, including feedback and next steps in the hiring process.
Requirements
• Prior experience of working with any recruitment firm/company will be preferred.
• A strong ability to communicate and interact with others
• An attention to detail-oriented attitude.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (an associate's degree or higher is preferred).
• Time-management and organizational skills are strong.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools
