As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle. From discovery with hiring managers to sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, assessments, offers, and onboarding. You’ll be shaping candidate experience at every touchpoint and partnering closely with key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, provide advice, and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to confirm role requirements and keep position descriptions current and fit for purpose.
Craft engaging job ads that reflect our brand and post them to our advertising platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates, arrange and participate in panel interviews.
Complete all pre-employment checks for preferred candidates and provide sound recommendations on hiring decisions.
Prepare and issue offer letters and employment agreements, and support onboarding by coordinating start dates, documentation, and regular candidate communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in Workday and meet agreed SLA and KPI timeframes
Attend careers events or expos as required to support attraction.
Support early careers programmes and social/community initiatives.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, collaborating with the wider TA team to share ideas that support both regional and national efforts.
Build and maintain talent pools and regularly engage with candidates to keep their interest and details current.

We’re looking for someone with:
2-4 years recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment.
Proven end-to-end recruitment capability and experience preparing contracts/onboarding documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus solid organisational and time management skills.
Experience with proactive sourcing.
Ability to build strong relationships, customer-focused with a real commitment to a positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Experience with processing job checks under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) is preferred.
Innovative, ‘outside the box’ thinker who finds solutions beyond traditional methods.
