Job Description
We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our dedicated and energetic internal function as a Talent Acquisition Advisor.
Located at our Brisbane CBD based office, and also offering work from home flexibility!
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will:
Support the recruitment needs across the BlueCare portfolio
Advertise, screen, source candidates through a variety of means for roles such as Personal Carers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses
Provide an engaging and candidate focused recruitment experience for those applicants being progressed through a recruitment process
Build strong and robust relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders
Advocate for best practice recruitment strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
Please note this is a 12 month contract, offering full time hours.
What makes a difference for us?
Previous end-to-end recruitment experience (internal or agency) in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Experience working with an ATS/ AMS, Seek, LinkedIn and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently, confidentially and courteously with people at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
