Description
Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for both tech and nontech roles.
• Can hire high-quality technical talent (data scientists, ML engineers, Python developers) and high-quality sales and marketing talent (growth marketers, content marketers, account executives).
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow Github and other non-tech platforms.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
• Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats - phone, zoom, and structured.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e. g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excel at convincing top-tier talent to join a fast-growing software startup.
• Are highly detailed and process-oriented.
• Take ownership of problems and develop plans to resolve bottlenecks.
• Adapt well to a fast-growing startup culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practices.
