OVERVIEW:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, recruiting, screening, and recommending staff placements. Using creative internal and external sourcing methods, you'll play a key role in identifying top talent. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator must possess basic skills in interviewing techniques, a strong knowledge of both clerical and specialized roles within the company, and an understanding of our organizational structure. Additionally, a solid grasp of personnel policies, procedures, and employment laws (federal and state) is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Although additional duties and related tasks may be assigned, the essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:
Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s)
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), and administer appropriate assessments and reference/background/credit checks
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool
Run reports and work with data to improve metrics
Act as a brand ambassador at career fairs and community network events to identify and attract quality candidates
Manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment efforts, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and retain according to company policy
Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Coordinate pre-employment background checks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary screenings.
Seeks to expand role and help team by volunteering readily, seeking increased responsibilities, and asking for help when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1 - 3 years of experience in full lifecycle in-house recruiting.
At least 1 year of experience supporting the Human Resources department or similar position
Familiarity with recruitment techniques and websites and with an applicant tracking system
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Well-developed organization skills
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR TALENTS
Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including qualifying, networking, candidate selection, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management and due diligence
Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
Ability to effectively communicate directly with all levels of internal customers and candidates
Effectively present new recruiting concepts to hiring managers, creating enthusiasm in the process
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions
Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities
PAY & BENEFITS
Hourly: $25 - $28 per/hour (Based on experience)
Paid Weekly
Medical- Great rate at only $27.23 per pay period for EE Only Coverage!
