WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Deliver superior recruiting support and provide operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team
• Support multiple recruiters with requisition management, interview scheduling and candidate follow up
• Perform background, employment verification, and reference checks
• Manage employee referrals
• Design reports and present data in a meaningful way with analytical charts and visuals
• Configure recruiting tools
• Coordinate social media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Set up events with local colleges and professional organizations
