The Opportunity:
Join our high performing and energetic Talent Acquisition team in Sydney or Melbourne! This opportunity is open to internal Urbis candidates, and we will be considering both part-time and full-time candidates.
In this role you will play an integral part in supporting Urbis & Cistri in our strategic objectives and projected growth plans through providing high-quality administrative support and coordination assistance to our Talent Acquisition Specialist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will:
Provide quality administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job adverts, interview scheduling and reference/police checks
Management of the career's inbox and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
General recruitment and applicant online filing and file maintenance
Working with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislation relevant to the jurisdiction
Support the broader People & Culture team with initiatives and projects as necessary
About you:
Administrative work experience (in HR is advantageous but, not essential)
Degree in Human Resources (advantageous, but not essential)
Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Strong attention to detail, high professional standards
