Job Description- • Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on clients requirement. • Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates. • Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail. • Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers. • Sharing the profile through mails and verbal communication. • Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side. • Coordinating with candidate in offer generation and documentation. • Follow up with the candidate till joining. • Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
