Location : Andheri West (a minute away from Oshiwara metro station)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for diverse roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
Utilize various sourcing channels (such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals) to identify potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
