What would a Trainee - Recruiter learn during the Paid On the Job Training.
Other than developing a thorough understanding of search, recruitment, selection, assessment, and how to build relationships with the applicants, how to search and select to recruit managers and Sr. executives for banks, financial institutions, and many more. They will also get to learn how to use HR software, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Data analytics, Candidate assessment,Training and development, compensation and benefits, interview training and development, HRIS, how to write job descriptions, use various job boards, Application Tracking System, telephonic search and interview, and personal interviews. They will also learn a lot about how an HR business works.

Work from home is available on a case to case basis.
Graduate and have relevant skills and interests
Duration of On the Job Training.

About the Job :
Selected HR Trainee day-to-day responsibilities include:
Manage recruitment life cycle
Search requirements of hiring, connect with hiring and talent acquisition manager
Send contact information and email to discuss the Hiring requirements.
Source the candidate using social media, job boards, WhatsApp, etc., call the interested candidates, and screen for eligibility and interest.
Learn, manage and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects.
Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements.
Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements
Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to the strict deadlines.
Perform search, screen, shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
Conduct telephonic or video interview of candidate sourced by the trainee
Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding.

Selected applicants will be offered a conditional offer letter, subject to completion of 10 days of online training by company, Trainees need to complete the assignments during the training.
Daily online meeting during the training program
Assessment / Test based on online training.
Trainees who are successful in the test, will be absorbed as HR Recruiter - Trainee and will start month On the Job Training.
Performance evaluation during two months on the Job training to be absorbed as full time employee.
Compensation and Benefits :
During the On the Job training, Trainees will be provided with consolidated Stipend at the rate of Rs. 5000 Per month+incentive per joining
Based on performance during the On the Job training, the applicant will be Joining as HR Recruiter Trainee and will be provided with a job offer as HR Recruiter. The trainee can fixed salary of Rs. 1.80 to Rs. 4.8 Lac per annum Plus performance linked Incentives.

Trainees will be provided with Training completion certificate after completing minimum +0 days.
Performance review and appraisal cycle every six months.
